This page describes the data handling built into Longtabl's current customer waitlist. Final marketplace privacy terms remain subject to review before live booking.
Information collected
The waitlist stores your normalized email address, your consent time, and—only if you provide them—your first name and intended event region.
Current purpose
Longtabl uses this information to manage customer prelaunch interest and send the launch updates you consented to receive. Submitting the form does not create an account or booking.
Technical protection
Waitlist records are private and are not readable through public browser roles. Abuse controls use a short-lived keyed fingerprint; raw IP addresses and user-agent strings are not stored with the waitlist.
Email during prelaunch
The current form does not send a confirmation email. Launch updates will not begin until Longtabl separately approves and configures that communication workflow.
