What is Longtabl?

Longtabl helps you bring your Wine Country wedding together in one place. Choose a complete wedding package with a venue, wedding services and options to make it your own, or rent a venue with Longtabl coordination and choose your own vendors.

What does a complete wedding package include?

Each package brings together a venue and the wedding services offered with it, such as catering, bar, photography, florals and music. Check the listing for exactly what's included. You can personalize your package with the choices, upgrades and optional extras available for that venue.

What does venue-only mean on Longtabl?

Venue-only lets you book a venue through Longtabl while choosing your own non-Longtabl vendors. You find, hire and pay those vendors directly, subject to the venue's requirements and approval process.

Wedding venue-only bookings require Longtabl coordination, charged once at $2,000. Private events with venue services only use Venue coordination. For private events allowing non-Longtabl vendors, the venue chooses Longtabl coordination ($2,000) or Venue coordination.

Venues may also offer complete wedding packages if you'd prefer to book everything together.

What does Longtabl coordination cover for venue rental?

Longtabl helps you navigate venue approval for your non-Longtabl vendors, organize final-month logistics, create your wedding-day timeline and confirm arrangements with your vendors. On your wedding day, a Longtabl coordinator oversees the schedule and works with your vendors to keep everything running smoothly.

Can I bring my own vendors?

Yes. With venue-only, you choose, hire and pay your vendors directly. Your choices must meet the venue's requirements and approval process, including any services the venue requires you to use in-house. With a complete package, you choose from the wedding services and options available for that venue.

How does pricing work?

Prices are shown before tax and depend on your date, guest count and selected services. Longtabl adds no customer platform, service or card processing surcharge. Wedding venue-only totals include rental plus $2,000 for required Longtabl coordination, shown separately. For private events, this charge applies only when the venue has chosen Longtabl coordination for a non-Longtabl vendor offering. You pay your non-Longtabl vendors directly, so include their costs in your budget. Demo prices are examples.

When will listings and bookings be available?

Venue and vendor listings are launching in December 2026. Booking will open separately. Join our waitlist to be among the first to know when reservations become available.

What happens when I join the waitlist?

Joining the waitlist means you'll receive email updates about Longtabl's launch. Simply enter your email address and agree to receive updates. Your name and event region are optional. You can request removal from the waitlist anytime by contacting support@longtabl.com.

How do venues and wedding professionals join?

Venues and wedding professionals can create a partner account directly on Longtabl. After verifying your email and accepting the Partner Terms, you can set up your business listing, pricing and services through your dashboard. Once you're ready, submit your listing to Longtabl for review and approval.

Longtabl charges an 8% partner fee on your portion of the booking price before tax. For venue-only bookings, that fee applies only to the venue rental.
